    I’m sure you’ve experienced flow at some point in your life it’s where you become totally immersed in a task or activity, at your highest concentration….

    💭 Everything else falls away- you don’t really notice time passing, or even judge your efforts - instead you are just focused and productive- where clarity in decisions you have to make, lead you to an action.

    The best part about flow is letting go and seeing what direction it takes you.

    Different than deep work, which can lead to burnout.. it’s a magical feeling of immersion in which you can discover so many other things within- create in this space, not be distracted by anything outside of it.

    It’s psychological environmental or social factors that can enhance the likelihood of entering a state of flow, leading to higher performance engagement and overall wellbeing .. music, movement… what is it for you ?

    I’ve believe there’s a science and also a spiritual aspect to RUN FLOW STATE that anyone can experience…

    From a spiritual perspective, running can be seen as a form of meditation and a way to connect with yourself, God and nature. It can bring a sense of peace, clarity, and being in the present moment. Scientifically, the runner’s high is a result of the release of endorphins and other neurotransmitters in your brain. Endorphins reduce pain and induce feelings of euphoria, while other neurotransmitters like dopamine and serotonin contribute to happiness and well-being. Overall, the runner’s high combines the physical and mental aspects of running, providing you a unique and powerful experience.

    🙃 Maybe youve experienced being out of flow..
    I know too well what that feels like.. it’s a hard state to be when you have so much happening around you.

    Why would you be out of flow…
    it’s simple 👉🏼 disconnection.
    Theres disconnect with yourself, your heart, intuition soul, and God.
    This feels like:
    Distraction
    Boredom
    Scarcity
    Anxiety
    Fear

    From purpose driven activity, like run gives you the time and space to grow inward, connect with God… see flow come through you.

    If you're a questionably sane overachiever and want to move toward your biggest goals twice as fast, so that you can have the freedom to enjoy the rest of the day guilt-free and spend time doing the things you love with the people you love…

    Know, it's lots simpler to accomplish than you might think. Once you can figure out how you best activate a state of FLOW… your life will take next level!

    The main reason why many creatives, entrepreneurs, and high performers struggle to accomplish their goals and find themselves overwhelmed is because they haven't created the time and space for connection, peace, and flow. They're caught up in the busyness, switching between tasks, and responding to urgent demands. This leaves no room for deep connectedness that leads to greater results with less input.

    They KNOW what they need to do.
    They're just too overwhelmed to do it.
    The end result? 👉🏼 Chronic stress. Burnout. Overwhelm.

    I’ve discovered a shift of intention in my runs that when implemented, allow ANY high achiever to immediately increase their productivity, reduce their stress, and efficiently move forward in all aspects of life!

    You can accomplish more in a day than most do in a week... by intentionally changing your state.
    Because like Tony Robbins says “when you change your state you change your life!!”

    With the hustle and grind and world’s best distractions, productivity can actually work against our biology and stall progress towards our vision… take back control!
